Ira founded the company in 1986 and continues to add his expertise every day, and is and always will be the backbone of Swartz Manufacturing Inc!

Ira (The Kid) has been at Swartz since birth!  From in house part delivering on a tricycle, to learning every aspect of machining, to now wearing all the hats!

Ron has been with Swartz for over 30 years and is a true veteran to the trade.  During this time, not only has he become a perfectionist at his job, but also a family member to the Swartz Manufacturing Team!
